Animal Farm

Come and see our rare breed sheep, goats, Llama and even an Alpaca at Station Farm. (Weekends only)

If you’re lucky in spring you’ll be in time to see the new lambs, in addition to the Zwartbles and Jacob sheep. Or for something a little more unusual you can get up close to the sheep’s distant cousin, the Llamas, as well as feed a variety of goats – the British Alpine, Anglo Nubian and Pigmy.

The variety of animals has been chosen for their suitability to the area by a local farmer and a member of the Park Staff is always located on site for customers to ask questions and to check on the animals.

Walk to the animal feeding area or hop on the popular miniature train to the park’s play area opposite Station Farm

After a long summer holiday down in the Petting area the animals are enjoying some time back in their meadows. To allow them to get some quality grazing time we will only be bringing them down into the park at the weekends.
