The Halfway to Malin Bridge Service Blue Tram Route
Catch the tram indicating Halfway from Sheffield, get off the tram at the Westfield School stop near Direct Cars.
From the tram stop the Park is a 1 mile walk.
Walk towards Direct Cars from the tramstop, at the traffic lights and opposite Direct Cars turn left (leaving Direct Cars on your right) walk down Owlthrope Greenway to the end to Grant and McAlin Cars. Turn left on Rother Valley Way, you will see a public right of way on the right towards Rother Valley Country Park follow the signs into the park.

30 Bus Route
This operates some services to Sothall from Sheffield which is a 5 minute walk into the park from Rother Valley Way.
25 Bus Route
This operates to Sheffield Road, Killamarsh from Rotherham, there are public rights of way to Rother Valley Country Park from Sheffield Road along the Trans Pennine Trail near the Midland Public House, and near the Killamarsh Infant and Junior School near the nature reserve. You can also depart the bus at Norwood and walk through the main entrance which is a 1 mile walk into the main part of the park. Also a public right of way is near Juniors Working Men’s Social Club all walks from these bus stops are approximately 1 mile.
70 Bus Route
This operates from Chesterfield to Killamarsh, Sheffield Road and Norwood Roundabout.
There are public rights of way to Rother Valley Country Park from Sheffield Road along the Trans Pennine Trail near the Midland Public House, and near the Killamarsh Infant and Junior School. Cycling into the park
If you wish to cycle to the park you can use the Sustrans Route 6 or the Trans Pennine Trail.
The park has three cycle lockers at the watersports / activity centre area, they hold one adult cycle or two small childrens cycles each and are on a first come, first served basis.
You will be required to bring your own lock to secure the locker if you wish to enjoy other facilities in the park without your cycle.
